Quotes that will make you smile

The reason we work in the dental health business is that we love a smile. And we love to see other people’s smiles too.

Smile is the most powerful human gesture which triggers your brain’s reward mechanism in a way that even chocolate cannot match!

There is science behind this statement:

  • smiling induce the production of endorphins, the happy hormones, just like exercise can do. This also creates a full-on positivity spiral. Basically, when  you smile you tell your brain it feels good, and when your brain feels good it tells you to smile even more;
  • smiling reduce anxiety and lowers blood pressure;
  • smiling is contagious and will make you want to smile to reciprocate the gesture. Who can keep a grumpy face in front of a smile?

These are all fantastic reasons to smile and yet, we can all learn to smile more. We need it in this world!
Let’s start with something fun and celebrate the happy faces around by sharing some of our favourite quotes about smiling.
